Absolent A Line A-10 Oil Mist and Oil Smoke Filter System  

Absolent’s A•10 is best suited for CNC machines, Swiss machines and grinding machines that are running with high speeds and high coolant pressures. Its small size makes the A•10 ideal for machine mounting, but can also attached to a floor stand or , if you prefer, mounted on a wall or ceiling. This new unit is the perfect match for a machine with an inner space of up to 5 m3/177 ft3. The A•10 can also be adapted to fit the requirements of different applications. 

The A•10 has four unique filter stages that can be adapted to your machine. Each one captures millions of particles. The first three are self-draining filter cassettes from Absolent. These have the ability to drain the captured oil so that it can be reused in the machine instead of polluting the premises. This is what we call the Catch & Release principle. The fourth filter is a HEPA H13. This helps ensure clean air during the entire operating time. It filters 99.97% of all particles >0.3 micron. 

Finaly, the Absolent A•10 comes with the A•control. This handheld, electronic device with a 7 inch color screen gives you new opportunities to manage, control and monitor your filter unit.
